How do I book the space?

We will send you all of our information and from there we can book a tour of the space. 50% of the payment is due at time of signing our contract and the remaining amount of the payment is due 30 days prior to the event!

There are a variety of uses for the space - so use determines this factor!

What is the rental fee and what's included in that price?
Our Events & Studio tab has all of our pricing details! Our wedding information is under the Wedding tab. We also have a wedding document that can be emailed to you with all the details!
Can I just have my ceremony here?
Yes! We have a package just for a ceremony. Our venue is perfect for that couple wanting a more intimate space for the ceremony, then moving on to a larger venue for their reception.
What's the payment plan for the entire bill? What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in the form of cash, check, money order, and all major credit cards. 50% is due immediately to reserve your date and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to your event!
Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?
Yes! We have a bridal suite onsite as well as four single-user restrooms.
Do you have an in-house caterer or a list of "preferred" caterers, or can I hire my own?
We have an open catering vendor policy and you are welcome to bring in any caterer of your choice (caterer must be licensed and have insurance). Let us help you get creative… food trucks anyone?!?
If I hire my own caterer, is there a kitchen available for them?
We do not have a kitchen on site! We do have a room that is dedicated to our caterers with ample outlets and countertop space! We are also right across the street from Square One Kitchen. Square One Kitchen is a full commercial kitchen that is available to rent.
Are you licensed to provide alcohol service?
We do not have our own license. All alcoholic beverages must be served from a licensed establishment. We have recommendations!
Are we allowed to bring in our own decorations?
Yes! However, anything being hung or taped to a wall needs permission from our venue manager.
Do you have an inventory of décor (lighting, candle holders, vases, etc.) we can borrow from?
While we have our White House Co. Rentals available, we do NOT offer table linens, cups, silverware, etc. Want to see what we do have? Visit The White House Co. Vintage Rentals!
Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?
Yes! However, there is no stage for a band. We also do not have our own sound system. If you do not want to hire a DJ or band, you can bring your own speaker!
What time can my vendors start setting up on the day of the wedding?
The best part about the space… you get to make it totally your own! Depending on what package you select, you are welcome to arrive to decorate when your time begins.
Do you have a sound system and/or microphones for speeches?
We do not have our own sound system. Your DJ vendor usually supplies that, but we do allow you to bring in your own system.
Is there parking on site? If not, where will my guests park?
We have a our own parking lot adjacent to the building that holds up to 40 vehicles. Street parking is also available!
Is the site handicap accessible?
Yes! Our space is completely on the same level and ADA compliant.
Do you have a smoking policy?
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the facility. This includes E-Cigarettes and Vaporizers. Smoking (Cigarettes, Cigars, E-Cigarettes + Vaporizers) is permitted outdoors ONLY in designated smoking areas.
